Mainly made from Polyester, our standard fabrics will be will be the standard price for most of our upholstered products. Abrasion rating will vary by fabric, however, most are considered heavy duty (Over 15,000 Double Rubs).

Faux Leather
Also, mainly made from Polyester, our faux leathers are often regarded as indistinguishable from genuine leather. Faux leathers are a great alternative to genuine leather for a portion of the price.

Our most popular upholstery choice, performance fabrics are extremely durable and stain resistant. Breakthrough protection is woven into every fiber so the protection never wears away.

Our ultra leathers are the most durable upholstery type we sell. With abrasion ratings from 300,000 and above, ultra leather is meant to stand up against constant use and wear.

What if I Spill Something on my fabric?
All of our upholstery options have a cleaning code:
(WS) Water Solvent Cleaner
Spot clean with a mild solvent, an upholstery shampoo or the foam from a mild detergent. When using a solvent or dry cleaning product, follow instructions carefully and clean only in a well ventilated room. Avoid any product that contains carbon tetrachloride or other toxic materials.
(S) Solvent Cleaner
Spot clean, using a mild water-free solvent or dry cleaning product. Clean only in a well ventilated room and avoid any product containing carbon tetrachloride or other toxic materials.
(W) Water-Based Cleaner
Spot clean, using the foam only from a water-based cleaning agent such as a mild detergent or non-solvent upholstery shampoo product. Apply foam with a soft brush in a circular motion. Vacuum when dry.
*If your fabric is in an area where there are frequent spills/stains (such as dining chairs), we recommend choosing a Crypton performance fabric. Our performance fabrics are equipped with stain resistant properties that allow spills to roll right off of the fabric. *
How well will my fabric hold up over time?
All of our upholstery options have an abrasion rating. This rating comes from the fabric being tested for how many double rubs it takes to show ANY form of abrasion. Abrasion ratings over 15,000 double rubs are considered heavy duty. As you are browsing our upholstery options you will notice that almost all of our fabrics are considered heavy duty. The few medium duty fabrics we have will be in between 9,000-12,000 double rubs, so there is no need to worry about what choice you make.
