Order Terms:

  1. Payments: We offer an option to place 30% down payment of the order value. The remaining balance is due when your furniture is out of production and scheduled for delivery. The remaining balance may be automatically charged to the card information on file, but we will contact you before placing any charges to a card. To place an order with a 30% deposit, call us at 304-291-9100 or checkout online and select '30% Deposit' when you check out. Additionally - You are more than welcome to pay your deposit in full.
  2. Build Times: Once your purchase has been submitted you will be contacted within 48 hours to finalize the details and receive an updated build time for the order. Most build times should be updated on each product, but we will confirm these once your order has been reviewed. Our furniture is handcrafted by over 260 different Amish builders, so some items may take longer than others.
  3. Order Changes: You can make changes to your order up to 48 hours from order placement without a fee. Changes after this time frame may incur a $50 change fee, plus any stoppage fees related to parts already ordered, parts already cut, hardware ordered, etc. If you need to make a change please contact us ASAP. (As Soon As Possible)
  4. Cancellations: You may cancel your order up to 48 hours after placing it for a full refund. Cancellation requests after 48 hours may not be accepted if the building process has already started. Any orders canceled after 48 hours may incur up to a 25% restocking fee if our build process has started.
  5. Shipping & Delivery: Please refer to our Deliveries & Returns page for more information. 
  6. Furniture Inspection: All of our furniture is delivered blanket wrapped during shipping and delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect your furniture upon delivery. Please tell a delivery person if you find a defect or any wrong with your order. 
  7. Hand Crafted Furniture: All of our furniture is truly handcraft by over 260 Amish builders and not made in reproduction factories. Just like no trees are exactly alike and neither are any two pieces of solid wood handmade furniture. Each handcrafted product will have unique grain pattern and stain variation. We do offer finish samples on multiple wood species to give you a visualization of finish in your home.  All of our stains and paints are computer matched, so they will be 100% the same stain/paint color, but samples may very due to grain pattern and each individual board.
  8. Return Requests: Any furniture that has been built from one of our original products can be returned with a 30% restocking fee applying to all returns. We accept return requests within 5 days of receiving your furniture. All shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Any custom built furniture cannot be returned as well as gift cards, stain samples, fabric/leather samples & mattresses/box springs. 
  9. Refunds: Once we receive your returned order our customer support team will review the items for damage or any use. If approved for the refund, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 48 hours. If you are returning an order - Please take photos of the items in the order before shipping them back just incase of damage in the return process. 
  10. Warranty: All our products come standard with a one-year warranty covering furniture defects in the building process + Any manufactures warranties. This warranty does not cover commercial use, normal wear and tear, or wood expansion and contraction caused by uncontrolled humidity conditions. Select items have longer warranties - please contact us with any warranty questions.
