You would get a 5-star rating for the quality of craftsmanship. The downside for me was 1) Shipping was WAY too expensive. 2) The estimated time for delivery was given to me AFTER the order was placed (~4-5months!). 3) Once the order was placed and payment made, you acquired the funds from my account. Not when the order was shipped. It took 2-months to receive the order.
I stand by my review, except the estimated delivery date was 3-4 months! $99 for shipping is egregious. I did not see that a 30% payment could be made. It's not obvious nor was I informed when I called to place the order. You wanted my feedback as to how to you could improve, well, I let you know how, in my internet purchase experience, I've had transactions completed. Sorry if you are offended. My points were from seeing how this transaction was processed as compared to others. You are certainly an outlier. Again, your quality would bring me back, but not your timeframes and shipping costs.

We do, however, want to clarify a few points for future customers. The shipping cost, estimated build time, and payment options were all disclosed before the order was placed. Shipping is automatically calculated in the shopping cart once a delivery address is entered, and the estimated build and delivery timeframe is displayed directly below the pricing on each product listing.
Additionally, we offer a 30% deposit option that allows customers to pay only 30% when placing the order, with the remaining balance collected once the furniture is completed and ready to ship.
Looking back at your order, our records show that you received an order confirmation and scheduling email on March 17th outlining the expected delivery timeframe of June 24th through August 4th. Your shelf was ultimately delivered on May 27th, which was nearly a month ahead of the projected schedule.
As a small family-owned business, we take customer feedback very seriously and work hard to provide exceptional quality, service, and value. We understand that custom-built Amish furniture requires some planning, but we strive to communicate those expectations clearly throughout the ordering process.

I ordered an Amish hand crafted bed set made of spalted maple and walnut for our new house in NJ. We were told it would be at least 8 weeks, but we wanted it even sooner, in time for a big family gathering. Colton and his team MADE IT HAPPEN in time for the party. They were so nice always and helpful with everything. The bed also exceeded our expectation with it's precision and beauty as you can see below. We even ordered a special Amish quilt. I just purchased the most gorgeous bedroom set , whiskey barrel dining table and 4 beautiful rustic barstools from the Family Craft Shop. Let me tell you, when I first saw these items on their website, I thought they looked so beautiful. Well, they just delivered everything to me and it looks ten times nicer in person. They made everything just how I wanted it. Everything was so well made with the highest quality materials. They were also very helpful and easy to order from.They always were happy to answer my many questions. Our custom built entertainment center and kitchen island were delivered and they are beautiful. Exactly what we wanted and the young men who brought them were polite, courteous and professional. Salesman was very patient and went above and beyond to help us design exactly what we wanted.
